Crywolf & Aylen- Silence Pt. II : Dubstep/ Luvstep

Aylen is multi-talented as can be, it’s no secret most genres he decides to dabble in he finds a way to innovate within and destroy anyone who doubts him. The trend of excellence continues in his collaboration with Crywolf for a “Luvstep” track entitled Silence Pt. II. This tune is full of the stamping drums we know and love from dubstep, along with grand melodic vocals, and huge piano chords run through amazing synths. In short this track is huge, if you ever remember getting chills at the end of a festival and losing yourself, chances are it was to a sound like this. I’m done describing just listen, download link is below the track like always.

CFM Interview with MURAMASA: Trap/ Experimental Trap

CFM is always trying to find out about who’s got that hot new ish, whether it be style, song, sample or whatever. Well its safe to say we defnitely found someone who is on the cutting edge (no pun intended), the name is Muramasa. HE IS A 16 YEAR OLD making big moves out of the UK. The sound is experimental yet familiar, and it sounds GOOOOODDD! We were lucky enough to chat with the rising star and ask him a few short questions about his music, name and upcoming EP. Of course there is also a free track for you at the bottom of the page 🙂

enjoy my friends,

CFM: how did you start producing?

Muramasa: I started producing with dubstep actually after hearing skrillex, but quickly moved onto more experimental stuff like hip hop and garage.

-your experimental in your productions, what drives your innovations?

Muramasa: Honestly, just hearing other artists innovate makes me want to change the way people think about music. When I hear people like TNGHT and Cashmere Cat it just makes me wanna jump on a new track haha

-“Muramasa” is a unique title, is there a story behind that?

Muramasa: Muramasa was an ancient Japanese sword-smith, who was renowned for making the most deadly and bloodthirsty blades. I’m really interested in Japanese folklore and stuff, so it was cool to be associated with somebody known for their unique creations.

-your working on an EP, what can we look forward to?

Muramasa: The EP is shaping up really nicely, definitely what I would consider my best work. I’ve picked a label and I’m working closely with them to make it the best it can be. Keep an ear to the ground, for sure

– what channels should we follow to keep up with your future work?

Muramasa is on both Facebook and Soundcloud, check both to stay up date and get hooked up with new tracks.
